Esteban Velásquez is CEO of Via Natura and the driving vision behind HERMES. With a career centered on destination travel and Galápagos operations, he led the development of HERMES from concept to operation with the ambition of bringing a new level of hospitality, privacy and personalization to the islands. He studied at Lake Forest College and today leads Via Natura’s continued development across its destination-management and Galápagos cruise operations.

With a strong background in finance, Gabriela has played a key role in the development of HERMES, contributing to the consolidation of its structure and the project’s sustainability. Her expertise in financial management and strategic planning supports Vía Natura’s long-term operational and financial development, ensuring a vision focused on efficiency, stability, and sustainable growth.
