A cruise director complements his service by organizing the crew and making sure all your needs and preferences are fulfilled. He is also a bridge to communicate your messages to crew members.

We will take care of your suitcases from the moment you walk out of the Galápagos airport. We will take them to your suite and unpack them for you. Your walk in closet will be ready by the time you walk into your suite. 

Pampering aboard HERMES Superyacht goes beyond our crew service. Our vessel is equipped to complement it with a private jacuzzi in each one of the suites where you can relax and enjoy a romantic moment with a bottle of champagne while observing the beautiful landscapes of the Enchanted Islands. HERMES Superyacht experience includes all drinks from our premium drink menu. Bartenders will prepare your favorite cocktail, or serve you a bottle of beer or a glass of wine at any time.

You will find two bars aboard HERMES, one in the check-in area on the main deck and one in the covered area of the sun deck.

Furthermore, the Aperitive Lounge on the Upper Deck is a great place to enjoy a drink either before or after the cruise. You can ask our crew members to bring your drink to your favorite spot on the vessel.

HERMES’ boarding platform is a comfortable space to sit and observe marine wildlife from the boat. The observation deck in the front part of the sun deck is the ideal spot to fall in love and take pictures of the stunning Galápagos landscapes or to look for birds flying over the boat. Of course, you can also stay in your suite and enjoy the wonderful view available from both, the balcony and the jacuzzi, in them.

HERMES’ library has the latest scientific books where you can contrast our guides’ information or solve any doubt that came to your mind during the hikes or in the water. It will be a quiet area to read and concentrate on this topic or on any book of your preference.
